This series of heavy-duty petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, radially split, single-stage, two-stage, or three-stage centrifugal pumps with between bearing structure.
The pump body adopts a volute casing type and center support structure, designed in accordance with APl610 11th “Centrifugal Pumps for the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Natural Gas Industries” andAPl682 4th “Seal Systems for Centrifugal and Rotary Pumps” standards. Flange configuration conforms to ANSl / DIN /ISO standards.

>SERVICES:
It is mainly used to transport various high temperature, high pressure and corrosive media, such as raw material oil pumps, normal bottom and reduced bottom oil pumps, flash bottom oil pumps in oil refining normal and vacuum units, quenching oil circulation pumps, quenching water circulation pumps, and disks in ethylene units. Oil pumps, ethylene separator return pumps, etc., lean liquid pumps, rich liquid pumps, feed pumps and energy recovery hydraulic turbines in large-scale ammonia synthesis plants, black water pumps, lock bucket circulation pumps in coal chemical industry, etc.

Structure Feature
> Centerline mounting, dual-end support structure:
This improves performance under high-temperature conditions, as it prevents changes in the relative positions of the pump center and the drive center due to pump body expansion caused by temperature increase.
>Radially split structure:
High-reliability metal spiral-wound gaskets are used for sealing between the pump body and the pump cover, making it easier to transport high-temperature, toxic, hazardous, and easily vaporizing media.> Double volute structure: When the outlet diameter is ≥ 80, a double volute structure is used to reduce radial forces, decrease shaft loads, and extend bearing life.
>Flange orientation:
Multiple orientations can be configured for ease of users’ pipeline layout.
>Single-stage structure:
Double-suction impellers are generally used to reduce NPSH and installation cost. Double-suction impellers also balance the axial forces they generate, further reducing installation costs. For pump types with a specific speed nS<60, single-suction impellers with a balance hole structure can be used to balance axial forces and improve efficiency.>Two-stage structure:1)First-stage double-suction, second-stage single-suction structure: The first-stage double-suction meets the cavitation requirements of the pump, and the second-stage impeller uses balance holes to balance axial pressure, with the remaining axial force supported by bearings.This structure can be considered for applications with high cavitation performance requirements.
> Rigid shaft design:
Operating speed is less than the first critical speed to ensure smooth pump operation.
>Bearing components include sliding bearings (ZH), rolling bearings (ZG), and strong lubrication bearings (ZQ), with different types of bearing components chosen based on energy density.
