The first (set) technical equipment represents a major leap in domestic technology, has independent intellectual property rights, and also shows a unique innovative value in the early stage of the market, although it has not yet formed a full market competitive advantage, but it is of pivotal significance for solvin g the “jam neck” technical problems.
The CO2 pipeline booster pump developed by Longgang Shares plays a core role in the transport and pressurization link in the CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) project. Liquid carbon dioxide medium has special properties such as easy gasification, poor lubricity, low temperature, etc. The company’s technical team has overcome a series of technical difficulties, including carbon dioxide pipeline flow assurance, safety control technology and operation and maintenance technology based on phase control. Through in-depth system dynamics analysis and key structure optimization design, we innovatively adopted self-balancing structure, inlaid honeycomb mouth ring structure, and developed an overpressure adaptive system of centrifugal pump, as well as a new thermal expansion seal protector, which effectively solved the challenges of equipment stability, efficiency, cavitation performance and service life.

The first unit (set) has been successfully applied in the million-ton CCUS project of Qilu Petrochemical – Shengli Oilfield, and the performance indicators meet the requirements of use and reach the international leading standards, demonstrating Longgang’s excellent strength in technological innovation and product application.
